RemoWake connects two iPhones. One person sets time-anchored reminders; an older relative receives them, agrees to each one, and ticks it off when done.
Write to support@remowake.app. Please say which phone the problem is on — the one that sets reminders, or the one that receives them.
iOS lets an alarm ring through Silent mode, but not below the ringer volume. If the side buttons have turned that volume down, the alarm still fires — quietly. On the receiving phone open Settings → Sounds & Haptics, turn Change with Buttons off, and raise the slider. No app can read or change this setting on your behalf.
Open RemoWake on the receiving phone and press Refresh. If it reports no connection, check that phone's internet. Reminders already accepted keep ringing even with no connection — only changes need the network.
Every reminder has to be accepted on the receiving phone before it is scheduled. Until then it waits as a question. Nothing rings without agreement, and that is deliberate.
Removing the app from a phone ends its pairing. To have the records deleted from our servers, write to privacy@remowake.app from the address you contacted us with, or include the device identifier shown in the app's diagnostics screen.
